Dear Mother or
Father,
My name is Camellia Garcia – Neilson and I am the mother of two stolen
children.
I would like to ask of you your presence at the demonstration at 1pm on
Saturday 17th February 2007. The demonstration is to be held outside
Scotland Yard in Victoria Street in London. The purpose of this
demonstration is to demand a public enquiry into the pre-meditated
kidnapping of our children by people under the disguise of social services
and care.
We cannot waste our time anymore by asking, we have to tell them we will not
accept anything less. This needs to be done now before any more babies and
children are lost forever. The government can ignore 2 or 3 or 4 people but
they cannot ignore 100’s or 1000’s of people. There is power in numbers and
we all need each others presence - we have to show them we will fight for
our children.
What is happening right now is not ‘care’ but human trafficking. According
to the United Nations Convention on Translational Organised Crime (UN TOC),
the definition of trafficking is:
“The UN TOC Convention brought to a close decades of frustrating and
inward-looking debate about the distinction between human trafficking and
human smuggling. Trafficking is defined as:
....the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of
persons, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion,
of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position
of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to
achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the
purpose of exploitation. Exploitation shall include, at a minimum, the
exploitation of the prostitution of others or other forms of sexual
exploitation, forced labour or services, slavery or practices similar to
slavery, servitude or the removal of organs. ...The consent of a victim of
trafficking in persons to the intended exploitation... shall be irrelevant
where any of the means set forth (above) have been used. The recruitment,
transportation, transfers... of a child for the purpose of exploitation
shall be considered 'trafficking in persons" even if this does not involve
any of the means set forth (above).”

Our children have
been “recruited” by the social services from “vulnerable” parents by the use
of “force” and “deception” by the “abuse of power”. Our children have been
stolen and forced to provide the “service” of being a child/daughter/son for
another family.
As you can see – what the social services are doing to us mothers and
fathers fits this definition perfectly. Therefore according to the United
Nations, the social services are trafficking our children. We need to
realise this is not just some governmental mistakes which are happening but
pre-meditated legalised child trafficking. If any other person in Britain
pre-meditated to steal our children, they would spend many years in prison –
this should be the same for anyone no matter who they work for. We need to
start shouting as loud as we can that WE WILL NOT ALLOW the social services
to steal our children. The only way we can be heard is if we shout in
numbers – we are each others army and we can get our children back if we
fight the social services back.
